Vegetarian food except for dairy products diet of sacred Tibet

Tibetan diet to purify the physical body for one week. The Tibetan diet is markedly vegetarian, excluding the consumption of all sorts of meat. Dairy products, however, do not come to this count, being the other basis upon which the diet of sacred Tibet is based. No one says to exclude meat from your menu forever, but a one-week break from it will affect more than well on your stomach and body. Tibetan diet is an excellent way to purify our body from toxins, eating mainly vegetables, fruits and dairy products for one week. Your body will then boil with energy and you will feel better because of the few pounds you have lost. The two basic rules of the Tibet diet are to chew slowly and prolongly, and secondly, not to repeat the regimen more than once a month.

Tibetan diet for the purification of the physical body

Monday – Breakfast: 1 cup of full-fat milk, small sugar.
Lunch: 150 g boiled beans, 200 g tomato salad, green onion, green peppers, some oil, 1 green apple.
Dinner: 250 g of cabbage seasoned with lemon juice; 150 grams of optional fruit and 1 cup of mineral water
Tuesday – Breakfast: 1 cup of mineral water, 1 apple.
Lunch: 200 g boiled fish, 200 g fruit salad of apples, pears, prunes or other fruits.
Dinner: 250 g of cabbage baked with a little vegetable oil, 3 tomatoes, 1 slice of bread and 1 cup of tomato juice.
Wednesday – Breakfast: 1 cup of fresh milk, 2 sugars.
Lunch: 200 grams of boiled beans, 200 grams of peppers salad, green onions, tomatoes, spoon of vegetable oil.
Dinner: 200 g boiled beets, 2 apples, a small piece of bread. 1 cup of tomato juice.
Thursday- Breakfast: 1 cup of mineral water, a small muffin.
Lunch: 250 g boiled fish, 200 g fruit salad of bananas, apples, pears, prunes or other fruits and 1 cup of apple juice.
Dinner: 200 g boiled chopped beans, 200 g grated carrots, seasoned with a little vegetable oil and crushed garlic, 1 cup of herbal tea and a small dry snack.
Friday – Breakfast: 1 cup of fresh milk, 1 dry snack.

Lunch: 200 g Chinese cabbage, seasoned with lemon juice, 1 cup yogurt, 2 apples.
Dinner: 200 g boiled fish, 200 g courgettes, lightly baked with some olive oil, 1 slice of bread and 1 glass of mineral water.
Saturday  – Breakfast: 1 cup of apple juice, 1 orange.
Lunch: 200 g cabbage, stewed with olive oil, 200 g salad tomatoes, green onion, green peppers, 1 cup mineral water
Dinner: 150 r of cheese, 2 small sugars, 100 g of boiled potatoes, 1 cup of milk
Sunday- Breakfast: 1 cup of fresh milk, 2 sugars.
Lunch: 250 g boiled fish, 250 g cabbage salad with lemon juice, 1 glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 200 g boiled beans, 100 g cheese, 250 g preferred plums, 1 glass of water or apple juice
